Can I exchange/return the goods?
We provide returns and exchanges, but we do not accept products that are sent back privately without confirmation from our customer service team. Therefore, if you need to return the goods for any reason, please contact our customer service to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item, follow all instructions.
-If something isn’t right, return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item. please note, all tags must still be attached.
-Please contact us to return the item within 7 days from the date you received your package. Please kindly notify us of the reasons why you want to return your product.
-Please provide the order number, the SKU number of the product, and the picture of the defective product to our customer service via email. We will reply to you within two working days (9:00 am to 16:00 pm)

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed while some may take up to 6-10 business days.
